1 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bdpok platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). bdpok is an online betting and casino service platform operated for players in Bangladesh.

By using our services through the bdpok website, mobile version, or any other channel, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

In this document, "Platform" refers to all bdpok web pages, services, games, and related features. "Wager" refers to any form of betting or gaming activity.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To participate on the bdpok platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is for users aged 21+ only.
• You must open an account in your own name, acting in your personal capacity.
• You may not open an account on behalf of another person or as a representative of any organisation.
• You are not an employee, director, or close relative of an employee or director of bdpok.
• You are participating on this platform knowingly and voluntarily.

bdpok may request identity documents at any time to verify age. bdpok reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. All information provided at the time of registration must be fully accurate and up to date.

3.2 Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If login details are shared with a third party and any irregularity occurs on that account, bdpok will not be held liable.

3.3 Identity Verification

In line with bdpok's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or other official documents.

• Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification process.
• Providing false or forged information will result in immediate account closure.
• Failure to cooperate with verification may result in account funds being frozen.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The accepted methods for depositing funds on the bdpok platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits made through any method other than those listed above will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods & Limits

The same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, delays may occur during the verification process.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same (withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit).
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if any unusual activity is considered suspicious.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdpok offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more adds the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on all bonuses is 15 times (15x), applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in total bets required before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount alone, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• The validity period of a bonus is generally 30 days from the date of issue.
• The bonus amount alone cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• bdpok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All betting activity on bdpok is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed when the game is launched. Play will be governed by those rules.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a server goes down or a connection is lost mid-game for any reason, that round will be settled according to bdpok's server logs. bdpok's decision on such matters is final. bdpok reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Result Disputes

If a dispute arises over the outcome of a game, a complaint must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted. bdpok's investigation team will review each complaint and issue a decision.

• The complaint must clearly state the game name, date, and time.
• Submitting relevant screenshots or information will speed up the investigation.
• Funds related to the dispute may be placed on hold during the investigation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdpok platform:

• Multiple Accounts: A single individual may not operate more than one account.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple identities.
• Money Laundering: Conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Fraud & Manipulation: Using software or other methods to influence game outcomes.
• Account Sharing: Giving others access to your account or using someone else's account.
• Cyber Attacks: Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to bdpok's systems.
• Artificial Betting: Placing artificial bets for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, all earned bonuses and suspicious winnings will be forfeited, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdpok

bdpok may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request closure of your account at any time through bdpok support. Be sure to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing the account. To reactivate a voluntarily closed account, you will need to contact support.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bdpok follows a strict privacy policy regarding the collection, storage, and use of members' personal information. The information you provide is used solely for service operations, the verification process, and fulfilling legal obligations.

All data is protected by SSL encryption technology. bdpok will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or message.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdpok believes that online gaming should be an entertaining activity. We encourage every member to play consciously and responsibly. Gaming should never be considered a primary source of income.

• Set a fixed budget and play within it.
• Do not place excessive bets trying to recover lost money.
• Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

11 Limitation of Liability

bdpok accepts no liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by a disconnection mid-game due to internet failure.
• Loss caused by a member's own negligence or error.
• Third-party software or technical issues.
• Unavoidable natural disasters or other uncontrollable events.
• Loss resulting from a member's account credentials falling into the hands of a third party.

12 Changes & Updates to Terms

bdpok reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes to the terms, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. Therefore, it is advised that you visit this page regularly to stay informed about updates to the terms.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, please submit a request to close your account and withdraw any withdrawable balance.
